Parents Portal User Guide

We’re excited to introduce the iClassPro Parent Portal, your one-stop hub to manage your child’s enrolments, payments, schedules, and more. With the Parent Portal, you can:

  • Enrol and re-enrol in our programs

  • View schedules and class information

  • Manage billing and payments

  • Update your family details

Whether you’re logging in for the first time or downloading the mobile app, this page will walk you through everything step by step.

    1. Open the iClass Pro App

    2. Log in

    3. Organisation name is:

      ROCKETACADEMY

    4. Use order/registration email as the username

    5. Select FORGOT PASSWORD

    6. Verify your email with verification code received

    7. Your child/children name should now be visible

    1. Open the iClassPro App

    2. Log in with your Parent Portal account

    3. Select student’s name

    4. Tap Evaluations

    5. Review your child’s Assessment Records to see progress and skills tracking

  • Current students will be automatically re-enrolled each term if you have enabled Recurring Payment in the iClassPro Parent Portal. This ensures your child’s spot in class is secured without needing to re-register.

    If you decide not to continue, you will need to submit a withdrawal request:

    Go to the iClassPro App or Parent Portal

    1. Select Account

    2. Choose your Student

    3. Go to Enrolments

    4. Select Drop Enrolments

    Alternatively, you can email us at hello@rocketacademy.com.au and we will process the request for you.

    👉 Please make sure to submit your withdrawal before the new term begins to avoid being charged automatically.

    1. Open the iClassPro App

    2. Tap Account (middle option on the bottom toolbar)

    3. Select the blue “Enter Payment Information” button

    4. Choose Credit Card or Bank Account

      Please note: transaction fees may apply (see details above).

    5. Enable Recurring Billing

    6. Tap Continue

    7. Tap Confirm

    8. Review and double-check your Payer Details

    9. Select Payment and Agreement

    10. Enter your Payment Information

    11. Complete the Captcha Code (“I am human”)

    12. Tap Submit

  • If your child can’t attend a class, you can request an absence directly through the Parent Portal or iClassPro app.

    • Absence requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the class.

    • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Make-Up Token.

    How do Make-Up Tokens work?

    • Each approved absence generates a Make-Up Token.

    • Tokens can be used to book a make-up class at any Rocket Academy location.

    • Make-up tokens are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

    • Tokens are subject to class availability and cannot be extended past the expiry date.

  • Online payments may incur transaction fees:

    • Bank Account: $0.88 per transaction

    • Visa / Mastercard: 1.98% + $0.33 (additional 1.1% for international cards)

    • AMEX: 3.85%

    Failed bank transactions may incur a $5.50 fee.
